One of the basic matters in Vaquería del Este’s working system is that the product offered by any of the members has an assured quality and respects a standard, because the confidence that propels the negotiations with the meat industry depends on that. In order to achieve this objective, the production procedures during rearing are standardized with a protocol that describes the common practices to reach homogeneity and consistency.
