Cows

Every year, about 6000 fattened cull cows, coming mostly from the full cycle farms are offered for sale.

In general they come from specific breeds (Hereford y Aberdeen Angus) with a good selection and rearing, which determines a heavy carcass cow’s offer.

Cow’s average carcass weight is of 232kg, with a slaughter performance of 50,2%.
