Heifers

About 4000 fat cull heifers, coming from the complete cycle farming system as well as from finishing farms are destined for sale.

They are mostly grass fattened heifers that average 200 kg of carcass weight with slaughter performances around 52%. Conformation and finishing levels are in agreement with the quality: a majority of conformation N and A and a grading level 2.
